ComplySafe.io is operated by BitFoundry OÜ, registry code 17352996, registered office: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Lasnamäe linnaosa, Sepapaja tn 6, 15551, Estonia.

These Terms govern your use of ComplySafe.io (the "Service"), including account access, secure content storage, recipient management, reminders, and scheduled delivery workflows.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account credentials.
• You must promptly notify us of unauthorized access or account compromise.

The Service allows you to:

• Create and manage entries containing structured and free-form content.
• Manage recipients and delivery preferences.
• Schedule reminders and delivery checks.
• Receive account, billing, and operational notifications.
• Use subscription features via Stripe-powered billing.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security.

By using the Service, you authorize BitFoundry OÜ to:

• Process your account data via our authentication provider (Keycloak/OIDC).
• Store and process your entries and recipient data to execute your instructions.
• Send transactional emails through Resend, Inc. to you and your configured recipients.
• Process subscription and transaction events through Stripe, Inc.
• Use essential cookies/local storage and related technical identifiers for operation and security.
• Use Vercel Inc. infrastructure/analytics and IPGeolocation.io checks where configured.

You represent that you have a valid legal basis to provide recipient personal data and to instruct delivery to those recipients.

• Do not use the Service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or service disruption.
• Do not upload or transmit malware or harmful code.
• Do not infringe third-party rights, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Do not process third-party personal data without lawful authority.

• Paid features are offered on subscription terms displayed at purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms and privacy practices.
• Fees are non-refundable unless required by mandatory law.
• We may change pricing with prior notice for future billing periods.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

You may stop using the Service at any time and request account deletion.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create legal or security risk, or if required by law.

After termination, we may retain limited data where legally required (e.g., accounting, fraud prevention, legal claims).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitFoundry OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

We are not responsible for failure of delivery caused by third-party outages, recipient-side failures, incorrect recipient details supplied by you, or events outside our reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service is subject exclusively to the competent courts of Estonia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be communicated through the Service or by email.
